Please note that in order to progress your Double Occupancy booking, we require you to note who you will be sharing a room with and that you agree to the disclaimer.

You must have agreed in advance with the person you are sharing with, and you must note the name of the person you are sharing a room with below. Under no circumstances will random room allocation take place.

  1. Voluntary Participation – Room sharing is entirely optional and arranged at your own discretion. The event organisers are not responsible for ensuring compatibility between roommates. You confirm that your selected roommate has agreed to the room-sharing arrangement.
  1. Personal Responsibility – You are solely responsible for your personal safety, belongings, and conduct during the room-sharing period. Please take reasonable precautions and communicate openly with your roommate.
  1. No Liability – The conference organisers, sponsors, venue and partners accept no liability for any loss, damage, injury, dispute, or inconvenience arising from room-sharing arrangements.
  1. Independent Agreement – Any financial or logistical arrangements (e.g., cost-splitting, check-in/check-out times) are strictly between you and your roommate and are not managed by the conference organisers.
