Guidelines for Speakers:

• Keynote presentations:  1 hour
• Oral presentations:  20 mins
• Short presentations:  10 mins

Q&A time will be allocated directly after each presentation for any specific clarifications, and at the end of each session for general discussion on the papers that were presented.

Presenters should be ready for their presentation at their allocated time slot, and be ready to share any slides.  There is no requirement to send slides to us in advance, however if you wish to do so as a back-up please send to cpdservices@abdn.ac.uk.

We ask attendees to keep cameras turned on if they feel comfortable in doing so.

Microphones should be muted when not speaking.
