This size of the poster boards are 1.8m height x 1m width and will fit an A0 paper size in Portrait orientation.
You are responsible for printing your own poster and bringing it along to the conference for display.
You will be able to set up your printed poster on the day of conference registration, on Tuesday 25th June from 08:00 am.
Posters will be located in Elphinstone Hall where the lunches and exhibitor stands are located.
All posters will presented throughout the whole duration of the conference. Posters will be secured by means of Velcro stickers which will be provided and on your board ready for use. Please be aware, posters printed on thick canvas may have trouble sticking to the board due to their heavy weight, and may require pins. Please note that any posters remaining at the end of the conference cannot be returned to authors.
Your poster number e.g. P001 will be available on the day at registration and in Elphinstone Hall where you will be setting up your posters.
As well as having poster boards with your poster up on display at the conference, we will have an attendee app during the conference for attendees to browse posters digitally.
Please upload your Posters as a PDF by 5pm on 17 June 2024 to the Presentation Upload portal here with the subject header:
ISEH Conference Poster Presentation: YOUR FULL NAME
This will allow us to pre-load Posters in advance.
The presentation upload portal, is the same portal as the abstract portal, so please sign in using the same credentials as when you uploaded your abstract. Click 'Upload Presentation' and proceed to upload your PowerPoint presentation. If you have any trouble, please email your presentation to us instead to cpdservices@abdn.ac.uk
